The last few years in hospitality have been a special kind of hell, but seeing you glorious weirdos roll up day after day for your fix is what keeps this ship afloat.

Forget your sad, dry toast. We’ve officially breached the limits of breakfast morality with ‘The Provocative’. This isn't a meal, it's a statement. A middle finger to mundanity, served on a toasted bagel.

We’re talking a foundation of molten, stretchy cheese, a brutal layer of herby sausages and crispy bacon, all smothered in a sharp, sticky onion relish. And because we don't believe in subtlety, it’s all crowned with a heap of CRISPY ONIONS for that final, devastating crunch.
