I asked you all last week what your favourite supermarket sandwich was that you would like us to level up. The All Day Breakfast was a clear winner and for good reason.

Sandwiches don’t always need to be overly complicated to be perfect. This sandwich is the antithesis of that.

Here’s how we’ve taken it to the next level to make it actually good.

Freshly Baked & Fluffy Granary Bread
Smoked Crispy Bacon.
Slow Roasted Sage & Shallot Sausage Patty.
Soft Boiled French Egg Mayonnaise.
Brown Sauce & Ketchup.

We’re opening in Paddington Station tomorrow and it feels like the ultimate full circle moment.

This is the station that connects Bristol (the heart and soul of this business) to London and it makes the whole ordeal incredibly emotional for me. Especially because it will constantly remind me how much train tickets are.

We’ve been trying to open a shop inside a train station for as long as I can remember and if you know hospitality, stations are incredibly hard to get into. It’s all a bit mental this.

It only took 3 days to build but it’s such a cute little space. We were pretty limited with what we could do with it because,

A) we’re only here for 6 months (hopefully more)
B) There’s a s**t load of red tape when it comes to design.
C) There’s only enough electricity to plug in a domestic toaster.

It’s a little baby Sandwich Sandwich and I love it.

Tomorrow we open our first ever Grab & Go only store in Broadgate. We had our soft launch today and the team absolutely smashed it. I am so incredibly proud of them.

This is a version of Sandwich Sandwich that moves faster, but still holds up to everything we believe in. Same quality, same care, just rethought for a different kind of experience.

The food to go market has been getting away with mediocrity for years. Average food, made as cheaply as possible, sold at high prices that don’t reflect what you actually get. Convenience has become an excuse for lower standards.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

We have spent months working on every tiny detail. Not to fit into that world, but to challenge it. To prove you can have speed, quality and value. This is us pushing back on an industry that’s been coasting for too long.

We’re going to be doing 50% off our entire menu between 12-2pm so be ready. It’s going to be fun.

If you were a fan of our Christmas sandwich and the rich turkey gravy we served it with, you will be over the moon with what I’m about to say.

We are bringing the beef sandwich back this Thursday and it’s being served with a Beef dripping and peppercorn dipping pot.

This sauce takes 12 hours to make and has been in recipe development for what feels like forever. If you thought the Christmas sandwich was the best you’ve ever had, this one will blow your mind. It’s our first ever 10/10 in my humble and unbiased opinion.

I’m so confident that this dipping pot will change your life — nothing will feel the same anymore and you won’t be able to eat a sandwich by itself ever again unfortunately.

Thats why we’re making it completely free for a whole month. You don’t even need to buy a beef sandwich to get it, we will give you one with any sandwich from the menu. Come into store, ask for it and we will give it to you. Our teams are also not going to give you a ridiculously small amount — as you’re probably aware, that’s not how we operate here and I want you to have enough where you can drink it after.

I cannot wait to see your reactions when you try / drink it for the first time. Mark my words, 2026 will be the year of dunking and dipping sandwiches. It just elevates what is already a wonderful experience and makes it spiritual.

At some point we want to have a full range of sauces you can dunk sandwiches into. What do you think could be next on our NPD schedule? I trust your judgement.

NPD stands for New Product Development, I just abbreviated it so it sounds a bit cooler.

Welcome to Broadgate everyone.

I’ve been wanting to announce this for a very long time. This will be our first ever Grab & Go store and I’m incredibly excited about it for multiple reasons.

Grab & Go has already revolutionised our business. For too long, food to go, especially pre-packaged sandwiches, have lacked creativity and care.

That lack of care upsets me deeply to my core, and hurts my feelings so badly I cry about it once every 18 months on average & find myself having to write a diary entry.

This Broadgate shop will be our first ever Grab & Go only location. Our full menu, freshly made every morning by our team, packaged into premium boxes and ready to pick up and go.

We’ll also be serving great coffee, and freshly baking on-site pastries, sausage rolls and our scotch eggs.

This project has taken 18 months to get over the line and we are so close to finishing. From designing every piece of packaging so that our products fit perfectly, to investing in refrigerated vans to make it all logistically possible.

If you’ve been following me for a while you’ll know it’s always been a dream of mine to get Sandwich Sandwich into airports and train stations one day… could this be our first step?👀

I’ll share more details soon but it’s looking like February for opening. Oh, and on day one, 1,000 sandwiches are on us ❤️

The Hot Christmas sandwich is back and I’m going to give 10 of you the chance to get free Sandwich Sandwich between now and when we close on December 24th. That’s 6 weeks of pure heaven if you get picked.

It’s basically the older, more sophisticated version of our Cold Christmas sandwich. I’m so confident in this product, If it’s not the best Christmas sandwich you’ve ever eaten then I’ll retire with immediate effect.

We actually launched this on Monday quietly because I was very concerned we would be overwhelmed. Last year we weren’t able to produce enough but we’re ready now.

It’s got hot, sticky, pulled turkey thigh and leg which normally gets discarded by people in hospitality which blows my mind. It’s literally the best part of this sandwich.

Tomorrow we finally open our doors on Tottenham Court Road and honestly, I think this might be our best looking store to date. I cannot articulate the astronomical amount of time, effort and energy everyone has poured into transforming this place.

Id like to talk about something really important to me in preparation for tomorrow. We have 35 brand new team members at this location who have worked incredibly hard, to learn as much as they can, in a very short space of time.

We’ve all been in a position in life where we’ve needed that extra bit of kindness and patience. I want to make it known that, in our first week, we won’t be perfect.

We might forget something off your sandwich, make a cappuccino instead of a flat white, or keep you waiting a little longer than usual.

To me, it’s never the mistake itself that damages a business’s reputation — it’s how you deal with it. That’s why we have a full refund policy in place across our entire company. It doesn’t matter whether we agree with you or not, if you’re not happy, we’ll always make it right.

What I’m really trying to say is, when our doors open tomorrow, a little bit of patience and kindness will give our brilliant and talented team the best possible chance of getting things right.

In return, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you have a wonderful experience.

We open at 7am and we’re expecting tomorrow to be incredibly busy. I’ll see you all on the other side ❤️
