Our delicious olives and stuffed sweet peppers come from the amazing Silver & Green 😋

These come as standard in our salads, or you could buy a tub to nibble on, or make them part of a grazing board. Whatever you do with them, we know you'll love them 😍

Don't like brie? Not a problem! Vegetarian, leave off the charcuterie and add more cheese 😋

At Gilbert's, you can get everything you need to make up delicious grazing boards with our selection of cheeses, meats, crackers and breads, chutneys, olives, and grapes. In fact, whatever you fancy for nibbling on.

You could make one for the kids, and even a sweet board with our yummy traybakes cut into little cubes, strawberries, and biscuits!

We're making ourselves hungry, so may be gone for some time... 😂

🥪 To us, it means working with great Yorkshire food producers to bring their delicious products to our customers. It means creating dining experiences for events, workplaces, family get-togethers, and even for picnics and trips to see the footie ⚽

☕ But most of all, it means that we get to share our deli with all you amazing customers. We get to chat with you, share your ups and downs, and get to know what your favourite sandwich is, or how you take your coffee.

😍 It's been a month (nearly) since we changed from our old layout to the new one, and it's been so well received.

We thought long and hard about what we should offer our customers, and what we could do to improve the shop for everyone, and we think we've achieved the perfect balance of shelf and fridge space, with workspace for behind the counters.

It definitely feels bigger, less cluttered, and easier for customers to find what they want. Judging by the feedback, you all love it too 🥰
