My name is Mark Howe-Shepherd and I have been a butcher for over 40 years. I've always dreamed of having my own shop and now that has become a reality! I took over what was known as Walters Butchers in May this year and renamed it Field & Farm. This name was chosen because I not only supply the usual meats and poultry, but also specialise in game meats such as venison, duck, pheasant, rabbit etc. My pies are all made in the shop, nothing is brought in ready to use. The same goes for my sausages, kebabs and burgers. All are made to my own recipes.
So whatever your occasion, a family roast, a summer barbecue, a party or just a family meal, I’m sure to be able to supply you with the perfect meat to create your tasty food.
This is a whole new venture for me and I hope to see you all soon!
