Creators of award-winning artisan Cornish charcuterie
Cornish Charcuterie was born in 2012 and creates award-winning British Charcuterie, from classic rillettes to our famous Seaweed and Cider Salami. We use the finest ingredients in our products including our own British Lop pigs reared by us on the farm.
To this day our charcuterie receives critical acclaim, and has awards in both the Taste of the West and the Great Taste Awards.
We supply farm shops, delis and restaurants throughout the UK with our fine artisan British charcuterie.
