is back in the counter for Friday and Saturday. It’s dry aged, local, beautiful and buttery and just begging to be put on the bbq! Decent selection of cuts available but these will go fast!

Bavette steak. If you know you know, but this former stewing cut has made a comeback as a top steak for the bbq. It’s best seared hot and fast, served pink, rested and then sliced across the grain. Pair it with a herby salsa or flavoured butter to drip through those slices 🤤.

Secret cut….

The ribeye muscle runs into the chuck. This means the first couple of slices of chuck, when trimmed, give a beautiful, tender flavourful steak…the Chuckeye! And it’s half the price of normal ribeye. There is only maybe 4 on the whole animal so you better be quick!

Butter Burger?!!

Roasted smoked garlic, black pepper, parsley and tarragon butter chunked in a 6oz chuck steak burger. If anything it’s going to be delicious and set your bbq on fire 😬😅🔥
