This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore the subtle internal signals that guide your decisions, boundaries, and needs.

Through gentle movement, somatic practices, breathwork, guided reflection and journaling, we’ll create space to tune into what a genuine, grounded “yes” feels like.
