Hillcrest is a family run plant nursery and coffee shop whose doors have been open for over 25 years. Starting off as a small plant stall on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, it has grown into a place that can be enjoyed and shared by all. We pride ourselves with keeping things local and offering new, exciting and delicious products with a customer service that not only can provides an in-depth knowledge into all our products, but one that put the heart into everything we do. Being part of a loyal community allows us to love what we do and for us, finding local produce that can contribute to improving the communities around us is what we are all about. With locally found food and drink, a range of beautiful plants, gifts for any occasion and delicious food within our coffee shop, Hillcrest is the one stop that can suit all. We are located just off the A143 on the B111 in Stanton with ample free parking. Shopping locally has never been so easy...

A fantastic visit to Bramfield Meats! 🥩

We’ve been working with Bramfield Meats for many years, and Matt recently had the opportunity to meet Jeremy and look around the factory, seeing first-hand where much of the quality meat we source comes from.

Matt will now be visiting Bramfield Meats weekly to further develop his knowledge of meat cuts and quality, helping us continue to provide the best products for our customers. 🤩🥩

A big thank you to Jeremy and the team for showing us around and sharing their knowledge. 😃

👉 THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ACCESS TO HILLCREST! 🌿

We are OPEN AS NORMAL and you can still get to us.

📍 The road is closed in Hopton, but Hillcrest remains accessible from the A143.

After what has felt like a very long 26 days, we can finally say the words… the road is open! 🤩

We would like to take a moment to say a truly heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our amazing customers for your overwhelming support, patience and kindness throughout the road closure. 🌸

We know the closure has made things more difficult. The extra journeys, diversions and delays haven’t always been easy, but so many of you have continued to make the effort to visit us, support us and keep us busy and smiling.

Your continued support over these past 26 days has reminded us just how lucky we are to have such loyal and fantastic customers. ❤️

So, from all of us here at Hillcrest… THANK YOU. We are so lucky to be surrounded by such a wonderful community. 🌸
