Paul Thompson has over 20 years experience as a butcher working previously at Nabbs butchers in walmsley and Walmsleys butchers in Ramsbottom. Paul locally sources all his produce. Trotters sells everything from your traditional butchers cuts to great quick tea ideas such as home made chicken Kiev's, stir fry's and homemade pies. He also makes homemade pork pies and sausage rolls and stocks fresh muffins and Mrs Darlington jars.

The hospice has helped us as a family over the years in particularly recently with the loss of Barbara. It is a great cause and any donations to help us reach our target would be greatly appreciated.
