🚨 ESCAPEES RETURNED TO THE FARM 🚨

After a full day of freedom, we’re pleased to report that Daisy, Julie and Karen have finally returned from their trip to market… and they even managed to sell 2 more bulls while they were away! 🐂🐂👏

We’re still investigating how much actual work was done, as reports suggest the day mainly consisted of tea drinking, catching up, and a bit of bull selling squeezed in between. ☕🤣

A big thank you to our bulls’ taxi driver for getting the boys safely to market this morning, and a massive thank you to all the lovely staff at Bakewell Agricultural Business Centre for all their help and hard work as always.

Most importantly, we’d like to wish the new owners of our bulls the very best of luck with them for the future. We hope they do you proud! 🐂🍀

The important thing is the ladies have made it back safely, the bulls have found new homes, and normal levels of farm shop chaos can now resume. 😜

🎉 Last night we had a little BBQ party to celebrate Miss Daisy’s birthday! 🎂🔥

A massive thank you to everyone who took the time to wish Daisy a Happy Birthday – she had a fantastic time and really appreciated all the lovely messages. ❤️

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Jake’s Bakes for making the birthday cake. It was absolutely scrumptious and didn’t last very long once everyone got stuck in! 😋🍰

We’re not sure how much work will get done today because her partner in crime, Julie, will no doubt be dragging her off for birthday celebrations instead! 🤣

We sent Neil out to get fish and chips for dinner and told him not to spend too much…

Well, he’s come back with this! 🤦‍♂️🤣

Apparently he found a “cheap fish tank and chips deal” and thought he’d cracked it. We’re still trying to explain that the fish are supposed to be battered, not swimming around in a gold-plated aquarium! 😅

Little Lorelai Rose popped in for a cuddle, and we think it’s safe to say Julie was more interested in baby cuddles than serving customers! 🥰

To be fair, today seems to have been a day full of surprise visitors for Julie… which has got us wondering…
