Good afternoon. We will be open tomorrow (Saturday 25th July) approx 10am-12.

We will have available:

🥓 Fresh dry cured bacon from the rare breed Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs.
🥩 Frozen sausages and pork joints
🧁 And also Nanna’s Bakes will be here!!
(I will put a list on later of what is being baked today and you can preorder or come and get on the day)

Rarebreed Gloucestershire Old Spot Fresh pork is available that looks super tasty! This is not your standard supermarket pork, it’s got fat which equals flavour and succulence!

We have available:
Pork chops from £4.50
Pork shanks from £11
Pork Leg from £10
Tenderloin from £2.50
Rolled shoulder from £13
Rolled loin from £12
Belly slab from £10
Belly strips from £4

Hello all! I hope everyone is keeping well.

🐖 I’ve been struggling to find a local pork supplier but have managed to find one! 🙌

So we will have available some rare breed pork - Gloucester Old Spot. They generally carry more fat than commercially farmed breeds but the fat means flavour, succulence and crispy crackling!

These types of pigs are slower growing and take longer to mature which creates a more tender meat!

Pork will come vacuum packed and labelled to either go straight in your oven, fridge or freezer.

Whole pigs are available, or half or quarters.

Boxes include some:
shoulder joint, ribs, belly, chops, diced pork, leg joint, sausage.

Prices
Quarter pig - £75
Half pig - £150
Full one £300

Sausages will also be getting done.

What flavours would you like??

Date to be confirmed when we can liaise with butcher etc.
