๐ฅ3 ways to eat New Potatoes:
1๏ธโฃ Boil in salted water for 15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, place on a baking tray, and smash each one down with the back of a fork or spoon. Drizzle generously with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder then roast until golden and crispy.
2๏ธโฃ Boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them steam-dry for a minute. Toss in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs like parsley, dill, or mint.
3๏ธโฃ Boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then halve or quarter them while still warm. Toss immediately with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, a squeeze of honey, and chopped spring onions. Let them cool completely, then fold through a bit of wholegrain mustard, mayonnaise, and fresh tarragon or chives.
