This one isn’t new at all really, it’s an old British classic that dates back to the 1500s that’s been enjoyed for hundreds of years.
We’ve now got our home-cured salt beef, made from beef brisket and cured in-house.
It’s perfect for slow cooking, rich in flavour and beautifully tender. Ideal sliced thick and served hot with vegetables, or in a crusty roll with pickles.
Available in the shop now while stocks last. Can also be cured to order.
