At Tradizioni we like to serve classic and simple dishes like our Arrabbiata which is pasta cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. Arrabbiata translates to “angry” which refers to the fiery nature of the chilli peppers used in the sauce, it is said to turn the person’s face red as if they were angry, it also originates from the Lazio region, specifically Rome. We recommend to pair this pasta with our Akenta wine which has a soft, full, savoury profile. If you like to keep things simple and classic, come to Tradizioni to try our Arrabbiata!! 🍅🌶️🥵

Here is one of our most popular dishes, Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare which translates to spaghetti with “fruits of the sea” or also known as our seafood pasta; full of prawns, calamari, mussels and clams sautéed with white wine and our sweet cherry tomatoes. We would recommend to pair this dish with our Gavi white wine originating from Piemonte, Italy to provide a floral essence. If this sounds like the dream meal that it is, come and try! 🦐🦞🍤
