We have been working closely with Kent Student Union for many years now, to make difference in our member's community. During one of our recent conversations with them, we heard that they wanted to expand their free to use student pantry to include a fridge so they can take donations of fresh food. Richard from Herne Bay Co-op Funeralcare jumped at the chance to help out, and was able to do a Community Donation.
Richard visited the Pantry and met with Tes from Kent Union, to present her with the cheque and see in person the amazing work they are doing.

Our GLOW service will be hosting a stall at North fleet Technology College on Thursday 21st August and Friday 22nd August from 10am-2pm.

Our purpose in attending is to provide post-16 support as part of college’s two-day GCSE Support Hub.

The support hub aims to raise awareness amongst young people, and those at risk of becoming NEET, about the external agencies available and whom can support and identify their future academic and professional options.

Our involvement would be promoting our solutions-focused coaching to those who meet our criteria and may benefit from targeted, more bespoke support.

If you'd like to get in touch please contact us at [email protected]
