Absolutely thrilled to say we’ve been awarded our first ever great taste award for our Texas link sausages! ⭐ I’ve spent a long time getting the seasoning, and texture right and so happy that the judges agree. They are very versatile whether it’s baking in the oven or hot smoking (our favourite) on a BBQ. We will have them ready for when we re open next Wednesday so come grab some!
