Yesterday we treated the cows and calves to something neither of us have seen for a while, a green field. Not much grass but certainly better than what they have been use these last few months 🌱 Whilst later in the evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset

As usual we’ve been pretty rubbish on the. But we’d just like to do a special shout out to Dai and his epic food! We’ve known Dai for years and he’s always shown a great passion for food and cooking. He recently did some catering work for us for a family event and it was just incredible, a whole smoked sirloin and a whole leg of lamb! We’ve got our tickets and cannot wait! Who’s up for a collab? We are!!! 🍖🚜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

🐖 PORK UPDATE 🐖 lots of you have been enquiring and we can FINALLY confirm we will have meat available from Friday. We have taken the decision to just have sausages as you guys can’t get enough of them. We will have our usual flavours classic plain pork, pork & leek and a new flavour Garlic and Chilli🧄🌶️ (all contain GLUTEN) On top of sausages we will have our marvellous minted lamb burgers and koftas also available. Unfortunately due to time constrains we will not be running a pop up shop on this occasion. Please DM for collection details. Thank you for your patience 🚜👩‍🌾🧑‍🌾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We’ve managed to have a little restock in the freezer for the fabulous Tim Wright 🐝 We’ve even left some great PGI Welsh Beef recipe books with some great meal ideas 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥩 As well as their own Local Honey 🍯 there’s plenty of other skin care products and gifts available

A spin on the traditional Sunday Roast. Our Home reared Pork cooked on the BBQ with plenty of fresh herbs from the garden. The taste was amazing and crackling was just the best, obviously we had to wash it down with cider. We will have some more of our Pork available very soon so keep an eye out, chops, joints and the best sausages 🌭We are also looking to take some pre-orders on our next batch of pasture reared chickens so please DM to place an order 🚜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We did a thing! We celebrated Fathers Day 💙 with one of our first batch of Malthouse Meats pasture reared chickens 🐓 Without doubt it was a major learning curve, with a weight of between 2.8kg and 3.6kg and therefore adopting the name “Churkeys” 🫣 involving an 8 hour round trip to get them processed. Was it really worth it…absoCluckinglutely! The best chicken we’ve ever tasted! Thank you to those that supported our little experiment we hope you enjoyed it as much as us! Happy Father’s Day especially all those flat out on the farm today ☀️💙🚜 🍗

When you can’t decide what steak to have so we had all 3. Today we had our Farm Assured Shorthorn Sirloin, Ribeye and Fillet. We opted for some of .mum sexy summer sides. Street corn salad and the crushed potato salad was just Incredible of course we only used the BEST honey around from 🐝 For those of you guys who picked up Beef this weekend m, thank you for supporting us we hope you enjoy and would love to see your pics. 🚜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Massive thanks to all of you who had one of our Shorthorn Beef Box today! It was great to see familiar faces and also some new 🫶🏼 We have a few individual cuts left…Brisket, Top side, Sirloin, Fillets and plenty of Burgers! Please drop us a DM if you want to grab something for tomorrow. 🥩🚜

What’s that girls…results are in?! We’ve had excellent news here today a clear annual TB test! 🥳 To have a clear TB test as cattle farmers is a massive relief! 🚜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
