We have home made chutney made by a lovely customer in store and all proceeds are being donated to Cardiff Foodbank, so far we’ve raised £260 ☺️

Protein balls a bit dry and boring? Add a splash of Guinness! I did it through frustration as they weren’t playing ‘ball’ but I’m doing it every time from now on!
Big spoon of Peanut butter, chia seeds, h**p seed, sultanas and a pinch of cocoa and splash of Guinness 😋
