🚀 First trade show of 2026 for Carmarthen Ham

Today we’re at the Castell Howell Foods trade show at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli 🏉

Always a good one — packed with chefs, buyers, and plenty of familiar faces from across Wales.

Even better… it’s a big day for Jason 👏
Our (relatively) new team member is making his trade show debut with us today!

No pressure, Jason — just a few hundred food industry folk to impress 😅

✨ We’re incredibly proud to share that Carmarthen Ham is now featured on the autumn menu at Rules, London 🇬🇧🍴

For those who don’t know, Rules is London’s oldest restaurant, established back in 1798. Steeped in history, it has been serving classic British food for over 225 years. Famous for its seasonal game, traditional puddings, and timeless style, Rules has welcomed royalty, writers, and actors through its doors — it’s a true icon of British dining.

To see our Carmarthen Ham sitting alongside such beautifully crafted dishes is a huge honour, and we’re delighted to bring a little taste of Wales to one of the capital’s most historic tables 🏴.

If you’re in London this autumn, it’s well worth booking a table at Rules — and keep an eye out for us on the menu!

Big news, food lovers!
We’re packing up our Carmarthen Ham and hitting the road – next stop: Ludlow Food Festival from Friday the 12th of September – Sunday the 14th!
This will be our very first festival across the border, and we honestly can’t wait to share a taste of Wales with everyone there.
If you’re heading to Ludlow, come and find us – we’d love to see some friendly faces from near and far. And if not, don’t worry – we’ll be back with plenty of delicious stories (and maybe a few treats 😉).

🎉 We’ve Been Shortlisted! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that our Carmarthen Ham PGI has been shortlisted in the Charcuterie category at the Great British Food Awards 2025! 🏆🇬🇧

Next stop – our ham will be judged by some of the best taste buds in the business, including top chef Theo Randall.

A huge thank you to our amazing customers, suppliers, and team for helping us keep the tradition of Carmarthen Ham alive. 🐖💛
