Our fabulous free range chickens from our friends at Herb Fed Poultry are in stock for your Easter celebrations.

Traditionally farmed in smaller flocks to reduce stress on the birds, they are free to forage and roam on 50 acres of Yorkshire pasture. They are fed on a unique diet which includes over 10 varieties of fresh herbs. These chickens are multi Great Taste award winners and have a great depth of flavour which is hard to beat !

There is only a week to go until we will be enjoying an Easter weekend !

We've had another delivery of juices from Owlet at Loddington just in time for this lovely weather, reminding us that Spring is here !

Made at Loddington Farm, Kent, the garden of England, these juices have won numerous Great Taste awards.

The juices are pure, fresh and of premium quality with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. They are never made from concentrate and are Vegan-friendly and gluten-free.

We have a huge range in stock today including Cox & Bramley Kent Apple Juice, Kent Apple with Raspberry or the delicious Apple with Rhubarb & Strawberry which is also great as a base for cocktails or fruit jellies. Or how about the Russet Kent Apple Juice which is a Double Gold Star Winner in the Great Taste Awards! It's the sweetest apple juice with the typical honey flavour of ripe russets.

And one of my favourites - Apple & Elderflower. The wonderful scent of English elderflower creates a delicately perfumed juice, perfect for mixing with sparkling mineral water to make a spritzer.

Apart from our fabulous steaks to help you celebrate this Valentine's Day, we also have our range of fresh curry sauces from Madhuban Honey Garden Sauces.

Madhuban Honey Garden Sauces have been making their ‘Great Taste Award’ winning sauces since 1994 and we have stocked this range for a number of years now. They are by far the best authentic restaurant-style curry sauces we’ve ever tried.

Really easy to prepare at home, there is a sauce to suit all tastes - whether you’re the king of the Kormas, prefer a Tikka Masala or a Medium Bhoona.

Prefer something hotter ? Then why not try a Jhalfrezi, Balti, Hot Madras or a cheeky Thai Green Curry.

Fabulous with our British Chicken Breasts although all the sauces are suitable for chicken, beef, fish, prawns or vegetables.

Looking for something special to cook this Valentine's Day ?

How about our fabulous Tomahawks steaks! In stock today !

A Tomahawk steak is a large bone-in ribeye steak with the bone resembling the handle of a tomahawk axe. The steak has great marbling and a rich full flavour.

And don't worry as cooking is straight forward. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6). Sear the seasoned steak in a frying pan until caramelized on the outside and then transfer to an ovenproof tray and roast for the specified times (rare: 15-20 minutes, medium: 20-25 minutes, well done: 35 minutes+). Rest, slice and most importantly, enjoy !
