So we have a fabulous sporting weekend lined up of football and tennis and the weather will continue to be hot, hot, hot 🫠🌞

We have been busy preparing everything you will need to celebrate (or commiserate!) England's football match tomorrow evening.

Our full range of BBQ treats are ready and waiting for you for that pre-match grill fest - We have delicious chicken kebabs with a garlic and herb, piri piri or Red Rooster marinade as well as our fabulous Willetts tiger prawn skewers in Piri Piri but also in the fantastic garlic and herb marinade. If it's steak for you, then how about our Steak Kebabs in Argentinian Fire Sauce. There is Chinese style Ribs, baby back ribs, minted Lamb chops & Lamb koftas and Duck Skewers in Plum sauce. So much choice for you to take your grilling to the next level! 🔥🔥

When its all getting too much at half time or hopefully to celebrate the win, we have our usual selection of handmade sausages - From our most popular classic Traditional 1930s sausage, to a Smoked Cheddar & Jalapeño and a Hot & SpIcy for those who like a bit of heat, every one is a winner ! And don't forget our handmade burgers - Beef, Beef & Black Pepper, Lamb and chicken. There’s something for everyone in our huge BBQ selection this weekend.

And we could alll be in need of a full breakfast feast on Sunday morning so our counter is packed with the very best ingredients to spoil everyone. Our fantastic range of sausages, bacon, fresh farm eggs and the famous Stornoway Black Pudding from Charles Macleod — an award‑winning favourite that takes any breakfast to the next level.

We are open from 8 am to 3 pm on Saturday so pop in for some unmistakable Willetts BBQ magic !

We hope you all had a fabulous Bank Holiday weekend!

We've been busy this morning preparing our gorgeous handmade kebabs, skewers, burgers and sausages as we know how many of you will not want to be cooking in the kitchen in this heat!

All our Burgers and sausages are handmade in the shop and we have selected the finest seasonings and ingredients as well as using only the prime cuts of meats.

We have a lovely selection of burgers for you to choose from - Beef, Beef with Black Pepper & Caramelized Onion, Chicken and Minted Lamb.

Whilst many think you can only BBQ, all the Burgers cook equally as well under the grill or easily in the oven. Jazz up with lettice, tomato, onions, cheese and one of our fantastic relishes from Cottage Delight and you have a fabulous meal in a flash for a fraction of the cost of a fastfood burger!

We are open until 5pm today (closed 1 - 2pm) and back open in the morning at 8am.

Well, well, well who would have thought we would have guaranteed wall to wall sunshine for a May Bank Holiday Weekend !

We know so many of you are desperate to dust of those BBQs so we have been busy, busy, busy today preparing all our fantastic BBQ treats!

Our fabulous free range chickens from our friends at Herb Fed Poultry are in stock for your Easter celebrations.

Traditionally farmed in smaller flocks to reduce stress on the birds, they are free to forage and roam on 50 acres of Yorkshire pasture. They are fed on a unique diet which includes over 10 varieties of fresh herbs. These chickens are multi Great Taste award winners and have a great depth of flavour which is hard to beat !

There is only a week to go until we will be enjoying an Easter weekend !

We've had another delivery of juices from Owlet at Loddington just in time for this lovely weather, reminding us that Spring is here !

Made at Loddington Farm, Kent, the garden of England, these juices have won numerous Great Taste awards.

The juices are pure, fresh and of premium quality with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. They are never made from concentrate and are Vegan-friendly and gluten-free.

We have a huge range in stock today including Cox & Bramley Kent Apple Juice, Kent Apple with Raspberry or the delicious Apple with Rhubarb & Strawberry which is also great as a base for cocktails or fruit jellies. Or how about the Russet Kent Apple Juice which is a Double Gold Star Winner in the Great Taste Awards! It's the sweetest apple juice with the typical honey flavour of ripe russets.

And one of my favourites - Apple & Elderflower. The wonderful scent of English elderflower creates a delicately perfumed juice, perfect for mixing with sparkling mineral water to make a spritzer.
