After an incredible 28 years at Oscar Mayer, it was time to give Mrs Dingri the send-off she deserved! 🎉💚
Good food, music, plenty of laughs and lots of hugs all around as colleagues at Erith came together to celebrate Mrs Dingri and wish her a very happy retirement. After 28 years of hard work, she’s certainly earned it!
Happy retirement, Mrs Dingri! You’ll be very missed! ❤️

Celebrating 140 Years at Wrexham 👏

We had the pleasure of recognising our Long Service Award recipients at our Wrexham site, celebrating an incredible 140 years of combined service to Oscar Mayer.

Following a tour of our Gastro Hub, Sarah Hill and Barry Hughes presented this year's Long Service Awards before sitting down with colleagues to enjoy lunch and hear first-hand how the business has evolved over the years. Listening to the stories, memories and experiences of colleagues who have helped shape Oscar Mayer gave everyone the opportunity to reflect on the company's journey and continued growth.

A huge congratulations to all our award recipients. Thank you for your dedication, commitment and the valuable contribution you continue to make every day. Your loyalty and experience are a huge part of our success, and we're proud to celebrate this incredible milestone with you.

Celebrating 85 Years at Flint 👏

Following a fantastic Summer BBQ at our Flint site, we had the pleasure of recognising colleagues for their long service at Oscar Mayer.

Together, these colleagues represent an incredible 85 years of combined service, a remarkable milestone and a testament to the commitment, experience and hard work of our colleagues.

Our CEO, Ian Toal, was delighted to present the Long Service Awards, joined by our Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer Sarah Hill and our Executive Director of Operations Barry Hughes, making it a fantastic opportunity to celebrate these achievements together.

A huge congratulations to everyone receiving an award and thank you for your continued contribution to Oscar Mayer. Your dedication plays an important role in our success, and we're proud to recognise the difference you make every day.

☀️🔥 Summer BBQ season has officially begun at Oscar Mayer! 🔥☀️

The British heatwave arrived just in time as we kicked off our first Summer BBQ in Erith! 😎

Our fantastic canteen team were busy behind the scenes preparing all the BBQ favourites (including handmade burgers! 🍔), before our senior management team and BBQ experts grabbed the tongs and got grilling. 🔥

Great food, sunshine, and colleagues getting together... the perfect way to enjoy a summer afternoon. ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen… especially those standing by the BBQ in this heat! 🥵👏

🛒 Last week, our Erith colleagues enjoyed a busy and successful Company Shop pop-up event, taking advantage of great savings on everyday essentials.

On the very first day alone, colleagues spent over £2,000, helping household budgets go a little further.

We're still adding up the final figures from both days, so stay tuned to find out just how much our colleagues saved in total!
