We are prepared for additional barbecue weekends. We have dispensed only a limited quantity of our inventory from the main chiller, specifically for display in the in-shop chillers. This arrangement will be maintained until the afternoon, at which point all units will be powered down and the remaining stock will be returned to the main chiller. Ladies and gentlemen, to our lovely customers out there, we know how hot it is. Extreme heat is not good for the shop and for members of staff working under these conditions. So, as of tomorrow, we will only be open from 7 AM, and the doors will be shut at 1 PM. We are putting these times in place for Wednesday and Thursday. Hopefully, by Friday, things will get a little bit cooler. If you need barbecue stuff, we have all of that already, and we're keeping it all in the back chillers that we have—a walk-in cold chiller box. All of the meat displayed in front of the shop counters will be switched off. It doesn't mean we're closed; everything is kept under serious refrigeration at the correct temperature it should be. Looking forward to seeing you in the morning. Come on in quick; it's cooler in morning,,l to get everything you need. ☀️☀️🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🔥

To my lovely customers, who we see week in, week out, we are still open even though the weather is going to be seriously hot. We are taking advanced measures and keeping everything in the walk-in chiller. Everything you expect from us regarding barbecue stuff, steaks, you name it, we still have it ready for you. If you forget what we do have, look at the last few posts that we have done recently over the past three weeks. If you see anything you like or want in the pictures, we are sure to have it in the back cold room. All of the cabinets in the shop are shut down until this heatwave cools down a bit. Looking forward to seeing you all. Still, be safe out there; look after yourselves like we look after our tip-top meat for you.
