Gildage Farm Shop first opened 10 years ago, when we opened our main aim was to provide the highest quality products reared straight from our farm! The beef we have in the shop is reared on our farm and is always 28 day aged (minimum!) so as to guarantee the most tender succulent and tasty beef! The same goes with the lamb, outdoor reared on the farm by ourselves, so as to provide only the best fo

r our customers! Its really important to us not only to provide a great standard of meat but also brilliant service. You will always find a friendly face from one of our counter staff, Joy my Wife and my Daughter Gabrielle will be more than happy to help! We make a fantastic selection of sausages at the shop, all in natural casings with a high meat content! The same quality goes with our home made burgers and dry cured bacon.
