I've been making cheese! Paneer, then chhena from the base with rasgulla. Today a Norwegian cheese called Brunost using the whey from the paneer plus milk and cream. The paneer was quite simple. The Brunost has taken me about 7 hours!
Based in Ongar, Essex. Various catering options including Mediterranean or spicy for parties or small events. Home-made pickles, chutney and chocolates.
