Steve has a long history in farming and specialises in sourcing livestock from local farms and markets. With his experience of livestock judging at many country shows including three counties show, his expertise is unrivalled. As a household name to many we aim to please time and time again, from a multi award winning sausage to a delicious joint for the family gathering or even that special meal. You'll often see something different in our window for the more adventurous cook, so keep an eye out! What to choose with so many different cuts to pick from?
