Hello everyone

The weather has taken a turn again and is a little colder than we’d like but it is going to cheer up from Friday allegedly. Fingers crossed on that one. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Anyway this week at Collins of Chiswick we have lots of nice goodies including MASSIVE Purple Artichokes. These really are fantastic.

Also the ever popular Alphonso and Kesar boxes of mangoes are still in stock but only for around another week or so I’m being told so don’t miss out on the stunning mangoes.

English Strawberries and Cherries have now started too. 🍓 🍒

As always Collins are open Saturday and Sunday.

Good day Everyone

It’s the beginning of June and officially it’s the start of the summer season. Mmmm, not sure about that?

Anyway at Collins of Chiswick Greengrocers we’ve got you covered. Even if the sun has gone for this week our choice of fruit and veg should make you smile. 😋

Among this weeks choices we have Flat Peaches, Large Peaches, Large Nectarines, Large fresh Papaya, absolutely Delicious large Lychees, 30 plus size dark scrumptious Cherries, sweet tasting Apricots, yellow Courgettes (they are sweeter than the green variety) along with English Asparagus and hopefully, starting later this week, English Cherries. Wheyey. 🥰 Plus there’s lots more fresh fruit and veg to choose from.

Also on the stall this week are Beautiful Large Fresh Duck Eggs. 🥚
These are a firm favourite but in short supply so don’t miss out.

Hello Chiswick

Well it looks like Summer is finally on its way. Whoo Hoo! 🌞
It’s gonna be a hot one this weekend and we have some beautifully chilled Moroccan Sweet Watermelon on standby for you. 🍉

We also have some perfect summer fruits for your delectation including delicious Peaches, Nectarines, Enormous Brazilian Figs, all types of tasty Mangoes like Kesar, Alphonso and our Dominican Republic Mangoes. All are a real treat. 🥭

We have Scrumptious Cherries on the menu with large Brazilian Papaya, Flavourful Strawberries and 4 for £1 on creamy Avocados. (Only while stocks last) 🤭

Lots more choice at this week.

We have the biggest French Purple Artichokes we’ve ever seen. They are truly magnificent. A nuttier flavour when compared to the usual Green French Artichokes and we also have those too.

Also starting this week we have beautiful Spanish Cherries in stock along with Spanish Peaches and Nectarines. 🍑

Alphonso mangoes and Dominican Republic mangoes are still going strong as are our fantastic sweet Dutch Strawberries. These just melt in your mouth.

Oh and let’s not forget our regular visitor He’s a proper legend. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Hello Chiswick

Hope everyone had a great bank holiday.

There’s even more scrumptious fruit landing at Collins of Chiswick this week.

We have some Beautiful English Asparagus, Large Brazilian Papaya and the Lychees, well, these are the size of plums. And they are truly delicious. The Rhubarb is super and we’ve got some super sized Brazilian figs. All fresh in. Oh and the Alphonso Mangoes are also in stock too.

Good day Everyone

On the menu this week at Collins we have the sweet taste of summer at long last.

Fresh in from our suppliers market today we have Tasty Flat or Donut Peaches as some call them. These are now in stock, as are delicious Apricots. A firm favourite.

We have a great choice of Tomatoes this week including all the usual suspects like Vine, delicious Ruby Reds, Green on the vine Tomatoes, Tri-Colour Cherry Vine Tomatoes along with the ever popular Red Egg variety. These are fabulous in Salads or slow roasted in olive oil in the oven or on the BBQ. Amazing. 😘

We also have the Beef style Purple Tomatoes, as well as Mixed Colour Heritage Tomatoes.

Something for every occasion we like to think.

This weekend at Collins of Chiswick we have Beautiful English Asparagus in Purple or Green along with the Chefs favourite White Asparagus. Alphonso mangoes are also on the menu along with large Papayas, Red Pears, Grenadilla’s, Okra, Plantain, Yam, fresh Watermelon and lots lots more.

Good day Chiswick

This week at Collins of Chiswick we have some cracking items in stock. We’ve been working hard in the market as always looking around to bring top quality and unusual products to our stall.

And this week is no exception. We have some beautiful large Green Tomatoes. Yellow courgettes. These are a sweeter alternative to your usual Green Courgettes. Red Egg cherry vine tomatoes, these are a variety of the small plum vine tomato and are proper yummy especially in a salad. Some yellow dates with an amazing flavour along with Jersey Potatoes and lots lots more plus all of our usual items.

Oh and don’t forget we have the Alphonso mangoes by the box and Dominican Republic mango by the box also.

Good day Chiswick

So this weekend we have the first crop of Asparagus in all varieties / Colours. Traditional English Green and Purple Asparagus.

We also have White, the chef’s delight.
It’s hard to find White asparagus and this crop is yummy. 😋

We are open Saturday and Sunday so if you’re looking for any of the above why not pop down.
