Good day everyone

Still no rain and lots of sunshine so hopefully everyone is keeping cool and hydrated. 🌞

At Collins of Chiswick we have plenty going on as always. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables available as usual along with some different items.

This week Victoria Plums have started. We have Fresh Kaffir Limes. The scent off of these limes is scent-sensational (see what I did there) 👌And great for cooking with.

Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, Large Papaya, a fab selection of assorted tomatoes, Greengage’s and much much more.

Open as usual from Tuesday to Sunday.

I've returned from my usual market wander this morning with some wonderful produce for you today:

🍅 Tomatoes:
Beautiful Yellow, Green & Brown heritage varieties, plus sweet Ruby Reds and Red Egg Cherry Vine.

🥭 Exotics:
Fresh Snake Fruit from Thailand & sweet & juicy Mangosteen!

Summertime at Collins

Good day everyone.

We hope everybody is keeping safe, well and fully hydrated during this very warm spell of weather.

Here at Collins we’ve got some smashing produce in stock right now.

Super Tasty Sweetcorn, Black Yoom Tomatoes, these are delicious. English Runner Beans have finally arrived and these Beautiful. Massive English Cherries, well just look at how big they are and the taste is amazing. Along with this lot we also have Peaches and Nectarines, Sweet Opal Plums, Scrumptious Mangoes, Lovely Strawberries and the Lavinia Italian Grapes are back also g with all your firm favourites.

We are open as usual from Tuesday to Sunday.

Due to the extremely hot weather conditions forecast for this week, Collins of Chiswick has made the decision to close through this week and reopen on Saturday morning.

Hello Everyone

Today at Collins of Chiswick we have some Great News. We Have in Stock Best Class One ENGLISH ASPARAGUS WOO HOO 🥰 I think it’s Probably for the last time this year. I managed to nab two boxes this morning. 😋

Also this week we have large English Cherries, the size of Apples. (Well I might be exaggerating really) but they are very big. Also we have White French Cherries and these are delicious and a good size also.

Orange Peppers, Red Kiwi Fruits, Real Jersey Royal Potatoes, Sweet Loose Figs, English Fresh Baby Beetroot, a Great Choice of Avocados, fresh Watermelon oh and fresh 🥥 🥥 🥥Coconuts 🥥 🥥 🥥 plus lots more.

Also It’s going to be a hot one this weekend so keep hydrated and stay safe in the heat all. 🌞🌞🌞

Hello everyone

The weather has taken a turn again and is a little colder than we’d like but it is going to cheer up from Friday allegedly. Fingers crossed on that one. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Anyway this week at Collins of Chiswick we have lots of nice goodies including MASSIVE Purple Artichokes. These really are fantastic.

Also the ever popular Alphonso and Kesar boxes of mangoes are still in stock but only for around another week or so I’m being told so don’t miss out on the stunning mangoes.

English Strawberries and Cherries have now started too. 🍓 🍒

Good day Everyone

It’s the beginning of June and officially it’s the start of the summer season. Mmmm, not sure about that?

Anyway at Collins of Chiswick Greengrocers we’ve got you covered. Even if the sun has gone for this week our choice of fruit and veg should make you smile. 😋

Among this weeks choices we have Flat Peaches, Large Peaches, Large Nectarines, Large fresh Papaya, absolutely Delicious large Lychees, 30 plus size dark scrumptious Cherries, sweet tasting Apricots, yellow Courgettes (they are sweeter than the green variety) along with English Asparagus and hopefully, starting later this week, English Cherries. Wheyey. 🥰 Plus there’s lots more fresh fruit and veg to choose from.

Also on the stall this week are Beautiful Large Fresh Duck Eggs. 🥚
These are a firm favourite but in short supply so don’t miss out.

Hello Chiswick

Well it looks like Summer is finally on its way. Whoo Hoo! 🌞
It’s gonna be a hot one this weekend and we have some beautifully chilled Moroccan Sweet Watermelon on standby for you. 🍉

We also have some perfect summer fruits for your delectation including delicious Peaches, Nectarines, Enormous Brazilian Figs, all types of tasty Mangoes like Kesar, Alphonso and our Dominican Republic Mangoes. All are a real treat. 🥭

We have Scrumptious Cherries on the menu with large Brazilian Papaya, Flavourful Strawberries and 4 for £1 on creamy Avocados. (Only while stocks last) 🤭

Lots more choice at this week.

We have the biggest French Purple Artichokes we’ve ever seen. They are truly magnificent. A nuttier flavour when compared to the usual Green French Artichokes and we also have those too.

Also starting this week we have beautiful Spanish Cherries in stock along with Spanish Peaches and Nectarines. 🍑

Alphonso mangoes and Dominican Republic mangoes are still going strong as are our fantastic sweet Dutch Strawberries. These just melt in your mouth.

Oh and let’s not forget our regular visitor He’s a proper legend. 🐾🐾🐾🐾
