Comber Farmers' Market Food Lovers Artisan market in Comber, Co Down on 1st Thursday of the month

The award winning Comber Farmers’ Market was started by Comber Regeneration Community Partnership whose members believed that a food market would help to regenerate Comber, give local food producers an opportunity to sell their products, and attract more visitors to the town. This vision has more than exceeded our expectations with a wide selection from local growers, producers and makers taking p

art on the first Thursday of every month. The market has built up a strong reputation for selling fresh, seasonal, award winning food and plant products and recently introduced artisan crafts. This monthly artisan food event attracts thousands of visitors a year, putting Comber firmly on the food tourism map for NI. The market is managed by a small group of volunteers who meet monthly with the manager Joan Cowan to plan, co-ordinate and promote the market.

🥔🥔 Comber Earlies Food Festival Returns! 🥔🥔

Comber Earlies Food Festival is back on Saturday 20 June, 11am - 5pm at Comber Leisure Centre Carpark.

Enjoy live cookery demos, an artisan food and drink market, vintage tractors, live music and plenty of hands on fun for families, including crafts, planting activities and walkabout performers.

New for 2026, a quiet hour will be introduced from 10am–11am each day, welcoming people with a disability, neurodiverse conditions, carers and parents/guardians.

🚌 Free shuttle buses will run from Bangor, Newtownards, Dundonald Park & Ride, Downpatrick, Crossgar, Saintfield and Ballygowan on a first-come basis.

Part of Taste Summer in Ards and North Down, celebrating local food and drink from 17–28 June. 🌞
