Bretherton’s opened a year ago today, so we thought we’d do a little of the transformation!

Diolch yn fawr to everyone who has come through our door this last year; our customers and the Rhos-On-Sea community make this an amazing place to be, and we’re excited for the year ahead.

We LOVE a customer recommendation; and these Mermaid Seafoods Ltd prawns may be the best one yet.
Simply tossed in garlic, add a few Tatws Trading Fresh Fruit & Veg Merchant tomatoes, squeeze of lemon, add the spaghetti (we used Safron here), and then grate on some Parmesan!
We also made Pan Con Tomat with Godwin’s Sourdough Bakery - toast the bread, rub on some garlic, rub on some tomatoe, done.
The new Luna white wine was a perfect addition.
Easy, tasty, healthy, supporting local business, what’s not to love?

We had the bread, and a huge range of amazing cheese and charcuterie, so we made Sandwhiches! They vary daily, but they’re always delicious and always made with the best quality ingredients.
