Our 'Soupie Man' Soup Bags were so popular we've decided to sell them again.

Fat free & 100% natural, they're perfect for anyone looking to eat healthy for the New Year.

They're so simple to make, you just put the contents of the bag into a pan. Add 1 litre of cold water, bring to the boil then simmer for 20 minutes, blitz with a hand blender & serve (or freeze). No need for stock or veg but for an even tastier soup you could add your own veg too.

Each bags makes 1 litre of soup, that's the equivalent of 2 of our previous pots of soup.

This is perfect for Christmas Day:

The Ultimate Veggie Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
1 Carrot
1 Red Onion
1 White Onion
Half a Leek
Olive Oil
Butter
Clove of Garlic
Plain Flour
Marmite
Sugar
Soupie Veg Stock

Method
Chop all the veg and place in a roasting tin with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a large k**b of butter and a crushed glove of garlic. Roast the veg in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove from oven and stir in 2 heaped tablespoons of plain flour. In a jug mix 3 teaspoons of Soupie Veg stock with 1 litre of boiling water and 1 tablespoon of Marmite. Gradually mix the liquid into the veg & flour, stirring continuously. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the gravy then blend with a hand blender until smooth. Your gravy is ready to serve.
