G. R. Evans & Co - Butchers & Delicatessen G. R. Evans & Co Butchers and Delicatessen Evans & Co was established in Corwen back in 1938 by Gwilym and Gwyneth Evans.

In 1980 the business relocated to Queen's Shop and established itself as a reputable butchers, delicatessen and frozen food shop. Beef, lamb and pork is sourced locally and killed in our own abattoir. We also sell a range of our freshly made meat pies, lasagne, quiche, cottage pie and coleslaw. We also sell other local produce such as cheese, pate, eggs, yogurt.

Hoffem hefyd ddiolch i’n haelodau staff gwych sydd wedi gweithio’n ddiflino dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf, yn enwedig yr ychydig wythnosau diwethaf gyda’r cyfnod Nadolig.

We will have a few days rest over the christmas period and be back open on Monday 29th December.

We wish all of our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your continued support in 2025 and hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow with your friends and families. We look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

We are still accepting Christmas order forms, you can print from the images below or pick up a form in the shop or delicatessen. There is a limited availability of poultry but we will try our best to accommodate.

There are plenty of Sheepskin Rugs and EweMoo Footstools available if you are looking for a last minute Christmas gift in a variety of colours.
