There is something very satisfying about making muffins, they can be big, messy,don’t need much mixing or work, just chuck the ingredients together and put them in a tin. Requested by my daughter for her Birthday last week, strawberries and fresh cream muffins (like I used to make when she was little), plus I chucked in some blueberry muffins for good measure 😍
