Barkers Butchers & Deli in Coventry are looking for an experienced full-time butcher to join our friendly family-run team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality meat, customer service, and traditional butchery — with the potential to progress into a Butchery Manager role.

🔪 Duties include:
• Meat preparation from start to finish
• Counter service and customer interaction
• Production work
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• Working closely with the team in a busy shop environment

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Previous butchery experience essential
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Reliable and hard-working
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
