Can not speak highly enough of these Canny Mushrooms. If you want to join in with the tinned fish revolution but don't eat fish, then these are for you. I had them on top of home made pizzas this weekend and they took my pizza to the next level. Try putting them through risotto, on top of whipped ricotta toast or just snack on them with a b**r.
