Our Level 3 Extended Diploma in Food Science & Nutrition students put their creativity, technical skills and industry insight to the test—developing innovative and sustainable food concepts from idea right through to final product. 💡
After an impressive showcase of talent, the winning team—Tom Buchanan, Ellen Livingston, Rachel McKenna and Anna Richmond—stood out with their delicious Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding 🍇🥄 A high-fibre, on-the-go breakfast option that wowed judges as “ready to hit the market”!
