Our Level 3 Extended Diploma in Food Science & Nutrition students put their creativity, technical skills and industry insight to the test—developing innovative and sustainable food concepts from idea right through to final product. 💡

After an impressive showcase of talent, the winning team—Tom Buchanan, Ellen Livingston, Rachel McKenna and Anna Richmond—stood out with their delicious Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding 🍇🥄 A high-fibre, on-the-go breakfast option that wowed judges as “ready to hit the market”!

A fantastic achievement and a brilliant example of the exciting talent shaping the future of the food industry. Well done to all students involved! 👏

Congratulations to Scott and Gillian, two of our Production Managers, on graduating from the Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Programme (AMLP) on Friday at Queen's University Belfast Business School!

Over the past five months, they have dedicated their time and energy to developing their leadership skills, expanding their knowledge and exploring new approaches to drive operational excellence in manufacturing.

On Friday, they proudly received their certificates in recognition of their hard work.

As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to an end we were delighted to welcome Danske Bank for a feature on Financial Wellbeing.

Danske Bank UK joined us on-site for a pop-up as well as 1-1 sessions to talk all things finance including advice on mortgages, savings, digital banking and money scams.
