⭐️⭐️Technical Administrator⭐️⭐️

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support food safety, quality compliance, and technical operations on site. This role focuses on maintaining comprehensive documentation, systems, and processes to ensure the business meets all regulatory and customer standards.

Location: Clun, Craven Arms, Shropshire
Hours and Wage: Negotiable.

⭐️⭐️ Key Responsibilities ⭐️⭐️

• Support compliance with BRC Global Standards, customer specifications, and third-party audit requirements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the QMS, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP systems.
• Help communicate and implement food safety and quality standards across the site.
• Manage technical documentation, including raw material and finished product specifications.
• Coordinate internal audits, supplier approvals, and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Support NPD activities such as artwork proofing, shelf-life testing, and HACCP documentation.
• Assist with supplier and service provider management, including pest control scheduling and servicing records.
• Handle microbiological and analytical result tracking for ingredients and finished goods.
• Support Health & Safety documentation and procedural updates.

⭐️⭐️ The Ideal Candidate ⭐️⭐️

• Previous experience in a technical or quality administration role within food manufacturing.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and UK food safety legislation.
• Food Safety and HACCP Level 2 or 3 qualified (Level 3 preferred).
• Proficient in document control, specification management, and audit preparation.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ideally holds or is working towards relevant technical qualifications.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team!
Location: Clun, Craven Arms, Shropshire
Hours: Negotiable. Ideally four to five days a week
Salary: £12.82/hour

⭐️⭐️Key Responsibilities⭐️⭐️
•Managing day-to-day office operations
•Handling calls, emails and customer enquiries
•Purchase invoice input and updating spreadsheets.
•Ideally basic knowledge of Sage accounting software.

•Strong organisational skills
•Good communication and people skills
•Ability to work independently
•Previous experience preferred
