Last week we had a routine audit visit from Mid Devon Council and environmental health. They check poultry farms, grading rooms and egg wholesalers to make sure it’s clean, paperwork is correct, disease testing done, traceability and finally they candle a sample of graded eggs to check for cracks. The ladies in the grading room had done their jobs perfectly! 😇
