☕ Café & Shop Assistant – Join Our Team! 🧀

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Café & Shop Assistant to join our team!

Location: Cropwell Bishop Creamery
Hours: 21 hours per week – 3 full days, including some weekend cover

We’re looking for someone who:
🧀Enjoys working with customers and providing great service.
🧀Has an interest in food and our range of delicious cheeses.
🧀Is happy working across both the café and shop.
🧀Is a reliable team player who can work independently.
🧀Is flexible and able to work some weekends and busier periods (especially Christmas!).

What you’ll be doing:
Serving customers in our tearoom and shop, preparing and serving food and drinks, keeping the café and shop looking their best, packing mail orders and helping customers choose from our range of cheeses and local products.

No two days are quite the same, and it’s a great opportunity to become part of a friendly team in a lovely village.

You all did a fantastic job of bringing together cheesemakers, mongers and specialists from all over the country on your lovely farm.
