Hi Bread Family!

Early post as I am letting you know that I will be away for the last 2 weeks of August. My last trading day will be August the 15th and I return on the 5th September.

Because of this I am thinking that you may want to stock up on bread and pastries? There may be certain items that you want, so I am asking if you want to let me know what you want and which weekend you are thinking of coming i can make plenty of the type you want.

As you know, unfortunately I can't take preorders but if I have an idea of ammounts I can try to plan ahead. I have an additional helper starting this Saturday so you will get served much quicker.

The dates I am in the market are the 1st, 8th and 15th. If you could let me know by the Wednesday before you are coming I can plan for that weekend.

I'm open to suggestions from the range that I make. Let me know what you would like!

You asked so it's back, the roasted Potato and onion sourdough will be on tomorrow as well as Einkorn sourdough.

I'm doing the red leicester and Jalapeño focaccia, Caugette and ricotta, roast pepper and olive and tomato basil and Mozerella. I will also have regular focaccia

Also will have some fig tarts as well as all the usual favourites

Still haven't recovered from England going out of the World Cup! 😭😭😭
