💪There’s a fair bit of work that goes into filling a butchers counter.

Cutting, trimming, preparing, packing and displaying, ready for our first customer to walk through the door.

It’s one of those things you probably don’t think about when you pop in for a couple of chops or tonight’s tea… but a proper butcher’s counter doesn’t just happen.

And tomorrow, and the next day we’ll do it all over again.
