Gill has been busy in the kitchen today making a batch of her homemade Runner Bean Chutney using our very own homegrown runner beans! 🌱🥒

Sweet, tangy and packed with delicious runner beans – it’s the perfect addition to a ploughman’s, cheese board, sandwich or just a good chunk of crusty bread! 🧀🥖

We’ve done a little restock this evening (6pm), so the fridge is full again with your favourites! 💚

Fresh, homegrown produce, picked with care and ready for you to enjoy.

Keep an eye out for our new Spinach Beet (Perpetual Spinach) too – just 50p a pack and perfect for summer salads, wraps and light meals.

☀️ Sunshine, blue skies and the veg are loving it! 🌱💚

The runner beans are climbing, the courgettes are growing like mad, and everything is soaking up this glorious weather.

We’ve also got a new crop this year – Spinach Beet (Perpetual Spinach), now available in the fridge shop for just 50p a pack! It’s packed with goodness and perfect for summer salads, wraps, pasta dishes and so much more.

There’s nothing quite like fresh, homegrown veg picked straight from the field. 🥒🌿

🌱 New in the Fridge Shop! 🌱

A brand new crop for us this year – Spinach Beet (Perpetual Spinach)! We’re so pleased with how well it’s grown, and it’s now available in the fridge shop.

💚 Just 50p per pack

Not only is it delicious, it’s packed with goodness too! Spinach beet is naturally rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as iron, magnesium and fibre, making it a great addition to a healthy diet.

Perfect for these warm summer days:
🥗 Add it to fresh salads.
🌯 Pop it into wraps or sandwiches.
🍝 Stir it through pasta with garlic, olive oil and Parmesan.
🥚 Add it to omelettes or quiches.
🧄 Wilt it with a little garlic and butter for a quick side dish.
🥤 Blend it into smoothies for an extra nutrient boost.
