Meet the man behind the counter and the face we know you already recognise.

From starting Paul’s Quality Butchers back in Kilsyth to 2002, to opening Surf & Turf at The Aberdeen Fish Shop last year, to The Room Upstairs Tea Room and Gift Shop officially reopening last month it is a super exciting time.

The personality behind the service, the knowledge behind the products, and a love for what he does is clear.
