A lot of you seemed to enjoy the cheeky little Easter Egg Cheesecakes too 👀

Apart from my regular customers who have requested meals next weekend; I'll be taking a break from any new customers. Me being me has taken on sooo much work lately and I'm feeling pretty burnt out. So I'm keeping the meals to a minimum for next week which will give me more time to spend with my baby girl and more time to make some Mother's Day treats for everyone.

I'll be back to normal on the 22nd for any new customers. I'm slowly learning how to juggle things around in life and I'm super grateful to all of you for supporting me ❤️

Let's talk about TURKEY MEAT 🐓

Turkey isn't just for Christmas! It doesn't have to be boring, bland and dry. It's a brilliant alternative to beef mince if you're looking to up your protein and avoid red meat.

🟡Turkey is a great source of protein. The body uses protein to build and repair bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, blood, and tissue. Protein is a macronutrient, which means that your body needs a lot of it. Your body can’t store protein, so you need to consume it every day.

🟡As long as you don’t eat too much turkey, it is a healthy way to get the protein you need. It's also a good source of beneficial vitamins and minerals like magnesium and niacin.

🟡Turkey is also an excellent source of selenium. Some studies have shown that a diet rich in the mineral may help to prevent certain kinds of cancer, including:
🟡Bladder cancer
🟡Breast cancer
🟡Lung cancer
🟡Stomach cancer

Scientists have only seen the protective effects of selenium when it’s present in the food you eat. Taking supplements doesn’t appear to have the same effect. To learn more, scientists need to do further research.

I actually had time to take pictures of all of the meals this week 🥳

I'm seriously debating on taking this part time job up as my full time job! 😬
Apart from being a mum to my beautiful girl, there's nothing I love more than cooking & baking ❤️ Especially when I'm recieving incredible feedback each week 🤩

All of the meals I cook is from scratch. I use my own recipes and I try to keep the calories as low as possible.
So if you're trying to lose weight, count your calories or track your protein, fat or carb intake; these meals are a great option! Each meal has all the nutritional values printed on them.
