Polecam bardzo!! Chleb jest czasochłonny aczkolwiek warto bo jest naprawdę rewelacyjny! ♥️

Dodajemy wodę i mąkę, miksujemy. Odstawiamy na 40 min, później dodajemy drożdze i sól, czekamy ok. 2h aż wyrośnie i nabierze pęcherzy. Pieczemy 45 min.

Żeby chleb miał chrupiącą skórkę, włóż do piekarnika pod blachę naczynie żaroodporne z wrzącą woda 👌🏻

Smakuje jak z najlepszej piekarni 👩‍🍳
