Summer Swordfish. I’ve got plenty of the freshest swordfish on board this week. It goes great with this marinade along with grilled Mediterranean vegetables

Marinade:
Garlic: anywhere from 6 to 12 garlic cloves.
Extra virgin olive oil: a good 1/3 cup of quality extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice: about 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Spices: a trio of warm ground spices- 1 teaspoon coriander, 3/4 tsp cumin, and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika.

Marinade for about 15 minutes then grill/bbq
