Happy Foodie Friday spent with & big thanks to all the wonderful St Louis Monaghan students & faculty chatting about LA519 mental health resilience support group highlighting the benefits of ‘cooking as a life skill’ learning about nutritious foods & creating simple delicious recipes for every day life, health, wellness & wellbeing. A big thank you to Nourish & Wholefoods Wholesale sponsoring our fab healthy treat goody bags for all the students & faculty.

Our students thoroughly enjoyed today’s interactive cookery demonstration with celebrated chef Oliver McCabe. 👨‍🍳

Chef Oliver McCabe's work, combining his culinary expertise and focus on whole foods and wellness, with mental health education, through his collaboration with LA519, is really invaluable.

Special thanks to our wonderful Leaving Certificate Applied students for hosting today’s event.
