Without question, the best piece of British wagu we’ve ever had in the shop.
This incredible, ethically grown beef comes from (just 30 miles away) and shows how their regenerative farming & pastures make their beef so special.

Now hanging for 4 weeks - if you want something please get in touch because this won’t be about for long.

Some incredible beef in the counter this week - grass fed Hereford and a wagu cross, hand picked from local farms and dry ages.

Some incredible beef coming through the shop, some grass fed wagu cross from Mr Frost & Hereford cross from Mr Walker.

It’s all dry aged in the temp and humidity control dry ager with Himalayan salt blocks to enhance the flavour and texture - you won’t find this in any supermarkets
