A huge congratulations to Ruairidh MacKenzie on successfully completing his Modern Apprenticeship in Butchery.
Ruairidh has been a pleasure to work with throughout his apprenticeship. He is hardworking, dedicated, eager to learn, and has consistently shown a positive attitude towards every challenge put in front of him. More importantly, he is a genuinely good person who is well-liked and respected by colleagues across the business.
We are incredibly proud of what he has achieved and are excited to see where his career takes him next.
A special thank you must also go to Sarah Frew and the team at Craft Skills Scotland for their support and guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.
It's particularly fitting that Ruairidh received his certificate from his friend and mentor, Shaun, who has played an important role in helping him develop his skills and confidence over the years.
