As of today we have been told by collect plus that we cannot accept any parcels until we get our new internet provider installed, which is not going to be until 24th June at the earliest, we have been accepting them as you have paid for them but we can’t anymore, so please do not get them delivered to the store as they will be rejected, the card machine is fine now, and I will put another post on when we can accept parcels

Our internet has gone down, BT cannot get out until Tuesday as they don’t work bank holidays 🤷‍♀️, so unfortunately until it’s back up and running we are cash only and cannot do any parcels, so don’t walk out of the shop saying that we are a rubbish local shop when it is out of our hands

We have had 2 Royal Mail parcel that cannot be delivered as there is £7 postage outstanding on them, they are for Harris and Stanton, can you collect the Royal Mail cards so you can pay the outstanding amount or will never be delivered
