So…. Our menu hasn’t been posted today…..
I’ve just got home, and I ain’t going to moan, but we’ve been over flat out!
We have 300 burgers off in the morning to one customer, 200 sausages to another, 100 sausages to someone else, plus the suns coming out.!
So I’m sat having my tea and in comes another message….. and i soooo want to be with them. Pictured is a customer having a bbq at the download festival😍

We’re open tomorrow & Saturday, we have plenty for the bbq! See you soon 💪

THE CHANGING OF THE GUARD

After several years as our Saturday lad, Brennan has officially handed over the legendary scrubbing brush to Jenson. Next week, Brennan starts the next chapter of his career as a Vehicle Technician, beginning his first full-time job.

What makes this photo even more special is the family tradition behind it. Over the years, my dad Trevor, myself, and both my sons, Evan and Brennan, have all been Saturday lads at Wilkinson Butchers. It's a role that's been passed down through the generations, teaching the value of hard work, responsibility, and getting stuck in.

We're incredibly proud of Brennan and everything he's achieved. It's been a pleasure watching him grow from helping out on Saturdays to taking the first steps into his chosen career.

Now it's Jenson's turn to pick up the scrubbing brush and carry on the tradition. He's got a great example to follow, and we're sure he'll do a cracking job.

Good luck, Brennan. We're all proud of you and can't wait to see where your journey takes you.

Good morning ☀️
Welcome to Tuesday.
Just to let everyone know how we are for stock this morning……
I’ve just made some fresh sausages, we’re onto burgers shortly. After that we’ll make a few chicken kebabs. We will have some lovely bbq options for you. Nothing like we did last Friday & Saturday, but we do have some lovely fresh made products.
You completely wiped us out at the weekend and we thank you for that !
Should be ready for about 8.30-9 this morning.

A nice thick chuck steak going on the smoker this morning, then a bit later two huge pork tomahawk steaks will go on. Then I’ll finish off with some of our hand made jalapeño & cheese sausages👌
